Device Compatibility
HapticSync's haptic preview feature is exclusively available on iPhone devices equipped with the Taptic Engine. While you can create and edit patterns on iPad and Mac, the preview functionality is limited to iPhones only.
- iPhone: Full functionality - Create, edit, and preview haptic patterns
- iPad: Create and edit patterns (no preview available)
- Mac: Create and edit patterns (no preview available)
Common Issues
- Ensure your iPhone's haptic feedback is enabled in Settings
- Check that your device is not in silent mode
- Make sure your device has sufficient battery level
- Try force-closing and reopening the app
